The Barbas Universal range of
wood burning insert fires are designed to be slotted directly into an existing
opening. To this end, the firebox has no external protrusions. The flue collar
is fitted from the inside of the firebox and all flue liner connection can also
be carried out inside the firebox.
An optional integral convection fan ensures that warm air is swiftly distributed
around the room
For maximum efficiency and clean burning, air is fed to the fire in three
places, top, bottom and back, thus ensuring complete combustion.
The Barbas Universal-5 75 is one of
six models in the Universal range, which offers fires in various sizes.
Whichever size you go for, they all have a large glass window so you can
enjoy a glorious flame picture.
The balanced combustion system ensures high efficiency, reduced emissions
and ease of use. Three inlets feed air into the fire; via the underside for
primary combustion, via the rear for secondary combustion and via the top
for cleaning of the glass.
Barbas Eco 510 is a
freestanding in a velvet-like, natural soapstone casing, which is greyish in
colour.
All the Eco stoves give both a comfortable radiation warmth and also
generous convection heat through the specially designed convection ducts.
All models also have top or rear flue outlets.
One handle
controls the primary, secondary and tertiary combustion air supply.
By burning off particles
more than once the heat efficiency of the stove increases and fewer harmful
emissions are released into the environment.
